TIL has set up a collaborative robotics department to evaluate the performance of garments and accessories: the virtual consumer
Assessing the durability and performance of a product is a challenge that can be difficult and time-consuming. TIL has decided to rely on robotics to achieve this goal, equipping itself with a collaborative robotics laboratory led by specialized personnel, who can perform performance tests that simulate the real use of products.
The experience of the operators and the functionality of the robot used make it possible to recreate real movements and usage behaviour. With the help of a virtual consumer, it is possible to carry out an accurate, fast and reliable evaluation, which can provide valuable information when developing a product.
